More of my irrational hating on the iPhoneJul-27-09, 11:28 pm by HanfordFile under: Apple, Video games, tech If it weren't for the millions of dollars people were making in the app store, this would be a no-brainer. Apple had begun to pull all Google Voice-enabled applications from the App Store, citing the fact that they “duplicate features that come with the iPhone”. Now comes even worse news: we’ve learned that Apple has blocked Google’s official Google Voice application itself from the App Store.Ugh. If I'm reading this correctly these were apps that approved back when the iPhone didn't have voice support, but now that one of the many versions of the iPhone out there has voice control, Apple pulled them from the store. TechCrunch claims it's AT&T's fault, but I'm not so sure. More about it on TechCrunch. Feedback - No responses.
