Sony's amazing customer supportA quick story about some amazing customer service from Sony: I ordered a laptop from Sonystyle.com a few weeks ago, and it was supposed to ship this week. Yesterday I got an email from Sony saying it was delayed. I sent them a polite email telling them I needed it by a certain date, and was hoping they chould ship it ASAP.
It's one thing to get a support reply from a large company within a 30 minute span. But to also get a 125 dollar credit without asking -- without even complaining really -- is downright luxurious.
